First you will choose the finishing level that you desire (see details) :

immediate entry
customized
furnished and decorated

You also have to define if you want :

a bungalow (ground floor only)
one or two floors
with or without balcony or patio

Then you have to choose the size of your house (table) :

4 basic widths (4m, 5m, 6m, 7m)
length : from 8 to 11,80m
height : 1 ground / 1,4 / 1,5 / 2 / 2,4 / 2,5 (see explanation drawings)

The house may be fixed or revolving (to follow the sun, view different landscapes, for more efficient heating), or even a floating house (in a harbour or on a lake or river).

You will have the possibility to customize it with our options.

Lastly you should choose the most appropriate time when ordering your house in order to benefit from the best prices !
