Delay

- From 1 to 2 months to complete the articles and conditions of sale of your house and to have an final plan and an estimate.

- 2 months minimum for the planning permission.

- 1 month of delivery for the materials on the building site.

- 2 months of assembly (neither kit, nor preparation, so a real building).

Consequently, the total time is about 6 or 7 months.

Price of a building (if achievable)

- Plan (if not standard): 5200 €

- Foundation and connecting: to be done by our local mason

- Delivery : depends on the model and the location, contact us concerning the transfer of the cadastral plans.

- Assembly: depends on the model, (cf board)

- Decoration and finition : painting, tiling, carpet not included. This finition are to add if you want these items. Please, see the options board.

- 1,80m (length) x 1,80m (wide) in standard when there is one door, bath , toilets, basin, or 2,40m (length) x 1,80m (wide) with 2 doors.
